Not the right case? Returns are free within 30 days.

How to return

Email support@casepop.lol with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Once it’s back, the refund goes to your original payment method.

If your case arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo with your order number and we’ll sort out a replacement.

If you gifted a case and the model was wrong, the recipient can return it too — just include the order number.
